Who we are
Lamassu Ancient Crafts is operated by Gifted Moments Gifts and Decorations Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Lamassu Ancient Crafts" mean Gifted Moments Gifts and Decorations Inc., which operates Lamassu Ancient Crafts.

Accepting these terms
Before you pay, you'll see a full order summary. You can change it before paying. By placing your order, you agree to our Terms, Shipping and Returns policies (each is linked at checkout).
Our pieces
Most of our pieces are designed and made in our workshop in Bolton, Ontario, Canada. Some items, such as our tumblers, coasters and night lights, start as products from our suppliers and are engraved or finished by us in Bolton. Wood grain, colour and small details vary, and screens show colour differently, so your piece may look slightly different from the photos. Sizes are approximate (within about 1/8 in, 3 mm).
Prices, currency and tax
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
We're not registered for GST/HST, so no Canadian sales tax is added to your order.
Shipping and any import duties are calculated at checkout.
Your order
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we'll email you before making it: you can choose a fix or get a full refund.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Square. Payment is taken in full when you order.
We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we suspect fraud, can't make it, or the price was wrong.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are paid in full at checkout. After receiving payment, we will email a proof to the email you entered at checkout, and will start making it only after you approve. Small corrections before you approve (like fixing a typo) are free. If you ask for a bigger change that costs more, we'll email you the price first. Nothing is charged unless you agree, and you can still cancel for a full refund until you approve the proof. After approval, custom pieces can't be cancelled or returned unless they're faulty or don't match the approved proof. Our production timeframe starts from the time you approve.
We send proofs only for orders with custom text or personalization. Your order waits until you approve the proof.
Delivery and risk
We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to the address you gave us. See our Shipping policy for times, carriers and duties.
Using this site
You may browse and buy on this site. You may not scrape it, overload it, try to break into it, post malware or spam, harass anyone through it, place fraudulent orders, or copy our photos, text, product designs or drawings to sell, reprint or use elsewhere without our written permission. We may refuse service, cancel orders and take legal action if you do.
Ownership and your photos
Our designs, photos and text belong to Gifted Moments Gifts and Decorations Inc. You're welcome to post photos of your purchase. If you tag us, we may reshare them with credit. We'll ask before using them in ads.
Warranty and liability
We don't offer any warranty beyond what the law gives you. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown on the day you ordered applies to that order.
