Shipping Policy
Lamassu Ancient Crafts, operated by Gifted Moments Gifts and Decorations Inc., ships every order from Canada. Our business address is on our Terms page.
Where we ship
We ship to Canada, the United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden and the Netherlands.
We don't offer free shipping or local pickup. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Production time
Production time ranges from 1-4 weeks, depending on the product. Please see the product page for more details.
For custom and personalized orders, the clock starts when you approve your proof.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Carriers
Rates come through Stallion Express, which hands parcels to carriers such as Canada Post, Intelcom, UPS, USPS and PostNL. The carrier for each option is shown at checkout.
Tracking
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
Canada: Canadian orders have no import charges.
We're not registered for GST/HST, so no Canadian sales tax is added to your order.
United States: For US orders, any duties are calculated and paid at checkout.
Other countries: For Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden and the Netherlands, import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST) and carrier fees may be charged on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are paid by you. It's the buyer's responsibility to check for any such fees before placing a purchase.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
Damaged: see Returns, report within 7 days with photos. Lost or late: if tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or the parcel shows delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to the address you gave us. Please make sure to check your address carefully at checkout before placing your order.
